I did not like his tone, btw it was not the first time, even my first email to him about common stuff that he should answer for him was "too much", my first email was about the utilities because they were going to be share with another tenant upstairs...I got very disappointed and I told him that really it was better to keep going each way because I was not the type of tenant he needed and he was not the landlord I needed, I probably be too demanding for him and he will be lay back time as long I don't bother him with calls about a fridge noise (that he told me that the noise of the fridge is not constant).

I need to replace the walk, but I was thinking- instead of demo-ing the concrete and fake brick, of laying down 3 inches of 3/4 inch gravel for drainage and for a base, and then laying some nice pavers such as flafgstone or cobblestones.

Here is a list of the purchase price & the balance on it:-Purchase price around $36,000.00 @ 6.125%-Principle balance around $34,500.00It's appraised @ $50,000.00One unit just like mine sold a couple of weeks ago for $52,000.00I plan on installing new windows & tile in the bath & kitchen.

We are all in the game.I profit no matter what the economy is doing.I profit more when the media says the economy is in bad shape.Because fear causes people to run scared away from money that is laying around.I think it's all a matter of knowing what is going on and that these are just cycles that are always occuring and adjusting your strategy to fit.There is nothing new under the sun when it comes to buying and selling properties.Laws change ....we adaptMarkets change.... we adaptFed changes rates....we adaptBanks tighten up on their lending ....adapt More forclosures ....adaptCan anyone tell me of one market condition that hasn't existed in the past.It has all happened before and it will happen again in the future.Very few inovations in Real Estate.Just people who know how to put it together.

Although it has not been called due on myself (likely because I use a land trust) I know 3 people personally that didn't know what to do when it was called due on them.Post from other forum:Its been awhile since I've been here, been laying low on R.E. but I have a little issue that I could use some input on?

Pay attention to the diameter of the toilet flush valve, the bigger the better.Since you are re-doing the bath, I would not consider anything but tile.
