Some people will freak out regarding workmen inside the home, some will less than freakout, none will lbe happy. To ease the pain a bit, maybe offer $200 off the rent for each month where workers are inside the house, or pounding on siding.Workers indie the house unsupervised by the property manager may bring claims of theft of expensive things (true or not).So being inside with inside workers 100% of the time might be a smart move.Just my 2 cents.
