Water is now so hot they must be having a steam bath inside the bathroom & I found that the chrome coated shower rod started to rust from so much residual water vapor.

Only herself will be living in the new residence and daughter in college probably spends summer and weekends in the residence so it is not a large household.

Basic economics, increase demand without similar increase in supply will raise prices.There is a growing strong latent demand, people are delaying household formation or doubling up with other families right now.If rates stay the same, the growing latent demand will begin to force its way into the market as people capitulate and decide they simply have to have a place of their own.In areas with consistent population increases and current housing shortages, stable rates will lead to strong appreciation of existing housing values and increased median home prices.

I recommend you choose 1-3 hot return and appreciation markets and be loyal to 1 excellent/seasoned investment realtor in each market and lean on them to guide you and steer you to opportunities.

With AI taking over "content creation," I expect we will reach 90-95% garbage ratio pretty soon.Despite all of these answers piled up online, people are still asking each other and "experts" how to find a hot date, what to feed their dog and how to get rich without doing any work.

Aaron, if the roof line(s) are straight then the foundation should be fine.if you turn the hot water on and the water is clean and strong then your plumbing may be OK.
