@Megan Wilford The price of hauled water is $140/2500 gallon load, $280 for 5000 gallons; however, from my understanding, in order to be able to use hauled water, a property must be grandfathered in.

Like here in Oregon at 10pm power goes down to 4 cents a Kilo watt 200 miles of range is about 50 kilowatts so for me I spend maybe 2.00 for every 200 miles I drive.. if I was buying gas for same size vehicle that got 15 mpg that would be what about 13 gallons and were we live at 3 plus a gallon that's 39 bucks.. in other areas were gas might be as cheap at 2.20 a gallon that's what 28 dollars..

I just checked and it seems like Baltimore bills at a fixed rate of $3.30/CCF (738gal), which would mean usage of around 2.2 million gallons!
