Ultimately this game is one of relationships and excellence, and if you want to grow the relationship with a particular agent, an ON-market deal that you know the numbers on (and therefore are bound to be a low-maintenance buyer) is low-hanging fruit for that relationship.I'm hopeful that this angle is helpful to you.
