New to BP here in Fort Worth planting my first REI seeds.

Like a seed, that sprouts and grows slowly among the mature plants around them so wholesalers are looked at as being amateur, newbie, uninformed.

If I do pursue it as a nonprofit entity instead of as an individual, which is likely, I don't need to make more money on the sale/lease/lease option than is needed to pay the contractors, cover overhead, and be seed money for the next project.My goal really doesn't have much to do with making money.

WCAP/funding4flipping/seed capital did try to help out by “coaching” me how to repair damage.

If you can't refi them, you just spent $50k of your seed money.  

But the seeds you plant today can payoff in multiples at the time of the harvest.

What are some of the best ways to attain seed capital, aside from the obvious - raising it yourself?

@Oscar Chirinos Depends on what the area calls for.. if its a grassy area... just get real grass, seed, hay and call it a day.

There is a basis for each and all of the ingredients - both all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles and onions and the sesame seed bun. 

But while they plant the seeds today, it matures tomorrow.
