Ryder, this is why I turned to BP knowledge base on this one, it really left me puzzled: The taxes on these lots are around 280/year, the insurance the owner currently carries is umbrella liability @ $1100/year, city water, city sewer, paid by tenants, mobile homes owned by tenants.

I don't find that hard to believe yet what puzzles me is how to do such a deal?

Those are good exploratory questions to get your mind going to ultimately identify the right investment for your needs.

I know all the pieces I need to the puzzle but can’t seem to get any movement🫠 I think I need accountability partners or someone to push me off the ledge 😅 any advice on getting over this hurdle will be very much appreciated.

Chris,Not sure if I’m missing a piece of the puzzle or your lease has some sort of maintenance piece that you are responsible for, this just sounds absolutely crazy!

Hello David, Finding the right property management company is the most important piece of the puzzle.

I'm doing some exploratory research and thought I'd tap the BP hive mind in that process.

There are other pieces to the puzzle like a property manager and of course a good general contractor (that's licensed and bonded) but you get the idea. 

It is far away from her home and we found it puzzling that she felt so passionately about something going on ACROSS the court from her.

I am not to a point of alarm yet but a bit puzzled as to how or why a market shift in real estate buying power would effect rental demand when I expected the complete opposite effect.
