I have now been at my current job for about 18 months and working here has further increased my enthusiasm and love for the world of real estate.

Especially if an investor is buying a flip where they will make 30,000 they can't expect a broker/agent to have the same enthusiasm to make 2,000 to 3,000 commission for the same work and effort.

I have also read many of the books recommended by the guests; I am receiving an amazing education fueled by my enthusiasm for taking on a new career path.Over the last 30 plus years I have been in the media production business: radio, TV, corporate video production and corporate A/V.

rental properties to generate a steady monthly cash flow, and also do few buy-rehab-sell per year to generate extra income.My target would be to make at least about $5K per month from rentals and at least $15K per fix-upper, doing about 4 of these each year.Do you think it is a reasonable goal for someone with very minimum RE experience ( but a lot of enthusiasm and energy, and of course some cash in hand) ?
