Fines can be pretty high.Recommend you discuss with some sources to see how likely it is you face a violation ticket.The good news is that without an SSN, they are probably worried about anything that would involve the government.Of course, they could also steal everything from the property, trash it and disappear and you'd have no legal recourse.

Depending on the demographics of the area, I've found that Home Depot/Lowes is fine for just about anything going in a regular rental.One must consider return on investment and buying fancy custom cabinets won't yield much if any more rent that box store shaker cabinets, especially in a duplex.Get some decent cabinets and a good countertop and you should be good to go.

We could overcome just about any challenge and still secure funding.With 20% down you would have a variety of solid options but some lenders would turn down the deal... which is fine, you only need one loan.With 15% Down you have an outside chance.

If you aren’t completing a rehab and aren’t buying much below market value and don’t mind leaving money in the deal, then delayed financing should work fine for you.
