Before you get a flip under contract it is important to know that you have a vendor/contractor you can trust that will do the work needed.

I have only been doing this for 5 years but what I have learnt is that it takes money to make money.  

It has different challenges.

Since this is our first time structuring an investment deal like this, we want to ensure it’s fair and appealing to both parties.

You can do that with friends or family.

I’m looking to buy a large parcel and then break it down to smaller parcels.
