If you went to LTRs you would be disappointed. 

2008 was a once in a lifetime event, anyone waiting for that to repeat itself is going to be disappointed. 

For the rest of us, I'm sort of baffled that no site (that I've seen so far) has compiled information on non-owner occupied rates.I'll resort to calling each county assessor where I'm considering investing but I'm trying to compare a large number of cities so, this has been disappointing. 

That way you are not disappointed when everything is lined up and you can't close.Secondly if you don't have financing or can not get it in place. 

Just watering something down to make budget is a quick way to have a confused and disappointed client.

Based on your vague description here, I'm not sure you understand how a LO scenario works.If you try to set this up as such, an depending on Section 8 as your tool to make it work, you're probably going to be disappointed.
