Speaking strictly from a claims standpoint, (if you had a loss that you needed to file a claim) the umbrella would likely be the better option, as sometimes something that may be denied under your liability policy may be covered under an umbrella policy.

Of course the tenant denied the extra people....she even said that one of the extra beds was for her to fold laundry on ;)So the easiest eviction is non payment of rent, or anything else in your lease that is described as "additional rent".

Now the outside of the wing wall has fell and caused my portion to severly lean, and now they say it's ALL my resposibility, even though they told everyone else that their wall was their wall and my wall is 50/50.My Insurance does not cause pay for structural damage,claim denied.
