Depending on your business model it will depend on how you want to incorporate your business.

I think you would do very well with the MTR model in L-ville/Kentucky.

By the time they finish building it anyways the property values will have likely doubled at the rate we are going down here... and a new vacation home is never a bad thing lolIf you are an investor and you buy a Miami condo, you normally have two options: sell it upon delivery and never use it, or rent it long term and never get to use it yourself. 

We have shifted our business model slightly to match up with our expected returns.  

On the flip side, the large models did not cost that much more to produce, but the market would pay much more for a 10,000lbs top model. 

While it is modestly sized and there have not been any deliveries or demolitions in the past decade, there has been some sales activity.

This depends on what model that you go down.

The tenant also say that they requested time off work to move and have delivery the first few days.
