I have compiled 50 charts going over what I've found to be the most intriguing real estate data I've seen published.

I compiled a list of potential multi family homes and started sending out letters. while I'm sending out these letters what are some things I can do to prepare myself to pitch seller financing to the owners Thanks!  

I also spent considerably more cash than I thought to compile my data and get it shipped.  

I can only imagine how difficult it was to compile all this data, but it looks great.
