I know that's sort of obvious.. but the point is that on such a small loan the fee as a dollar amount doesn't look so out of proportion.

I've looked into TK's in the past...REI Nation's properties definitely fit this profile....not familiar with the other two providers mentioned here but I'm sure they also have those types of properties also.Yeah I see the tax benefits of real estate blown out of proportion for marketing purposes.
