I know that's sort of obvious.. but the point is that on such a small loan the fee as a dollar amount doesn't look so out of proportion.

I've looked into TK's in the past...REI Nation's properties definitely fit this profile....not familiar with the other two providers mentioned here but I'm sure they also have those types of properties also.Yeah I see the tax benefits of real estate blown out of proportion for marketing purposes. 

No more than that.It is my hopes that all wholesalers out there take time to learn how to do this business legally, morally, and realize that your business success is in direct proportion to the amount of service that you offer to others.  

That will help get old proportions back.
