That's one of the reasons I started my own group ;)Although I will say the REIA I recently attended did actually seem to expand into more of these topics.

As both an investor and Florida Real Estate Broker, I have spent way too much time on this topic and have found it to be dead end. 

You simply pick a name and create your articles of incorporation it will provide you with an EIN number go to your bank of choice and open up a business checking account.I live in Florida and have created multiple LLC's on that site in minutes.
