I get annoyed when people blame “material costs”.

It's very annoying and unfortunate, but we're okay leaving more equity in the deal if that's where things land.This has resulted in slower growth for us than we'd like, but also much better cashflow. 

And Bedford is trying to do trash restrictions modeled on Garfield Heights, which is also annoying.

Some breeds can’t be allowed for insurance reasons, but at the same time I don’t want a Chihuahua that barks all day and annoys the neighbors. 

So not the end of the world but very annoying and sad since you spent money installing.

Ground-up construction is a hornet's nest of zoning, codes, red tape, and annoying neighbors.

Your realtor may get annoyed with writing a low offer, but if you can justify why you want it at that price, he/she should be understanding.  

I told him that if this was not sent to me that i would seek legal representation and he had the audacity to respond with this"To be honest, I know other investors who would be annoyed at the type of accusatory email that you just sent me and would respond by putting their legal team on this and stretching out this refund for as long as they could.
