As an analytics person, every chart I see shows prices coming back down to 2020ish levels which are still awesome for everyone who bought before 2020.

I went to an STR analytics site which says that the zip code has 794 STR homes with a 44% occupancy average over the course of the last 12 months.

The core/original business is data driven analytics that sells leads and advertising. 

I also am more critical in my analytics.
