My name is Te'Erinn Chenvert and I am currently an accounting student at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and I’ll be graduating the Spring of 2019.

If you're wondering why there's an all furnished property at 163 units, we're near a rather large university. 

Athens is an interesting town because although not having a huge industry right inside the perimeter it still constantly growing, the university is the lifeblood of our economy which is good and bad it is also the river that brings new elements to our ecosystem.

Were you and your wife able to find an accredited online course?

I’m looking at Worcester because Multi-families are cheap compared to the rest of the state and I feel like it is a decent rental market due to the many colleges, universities, hospitals, and commuter access into Boston.

ASU is a good, solid university and the area has lots and lots of spring training baseball etc.

Can anyone recommend any private funds that specialize in SS for accredited investors? 

I have a Bachelor's degree in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and came out of school at a great time to start purchasing real estate. 

Brockton is rough ( just look on Trulia) and Middleboro is in the middle of nowhere with not much around it, but it is close to Bridgewater State University and relatively close to Providence

I am currently looking near the South Euclid/University Heights area, but I am not opposed to looking other places.
