Hello, there is a Greater Wilmington Housing Providers (GWHP) group that meets at Iorn Hill on the Wilmnington Riverfront.  3rd Wed of every month at 11:30 for lunch.  

I dress up for weddings , funerals , and to go out to dinner   ( sometimes) .

we are looking at a commercial property on wed. it's a private sale we met w a commercial banker today.

He is familiar with rentals in the area and has helped us quite a lot over the past 10-12 years, arranging our wedding and always been very helpful, he's a super nice guy and has been like a 2nd father to us.He offered to be a cosigner but after talking to my mortgage broker, she warned about having a non-family member fill this role. 

On the last Sunday of every month, I add our four events for the next month to Bigger Pockets, but our NJ investors call is 2nd WED of each month 7-9 PM. 1st WED is new investors, 3rd WED is Philly, and 4th WED is VIP (5 doors/5 deals.)
