i was never a fan of "staging" until I listed one of my properties - the agent did a great job, the property looked so much better - and it sold within a few weeks for a price I was satisfied with.The rugs, lamps, tables and all the other stuff came from Rent A Center, it wasn't all that expensive - it made the sale.You may want to consult with them to stage your house - they will deliver it and put it where you want it in the house and remove it when you are finished.

:The liability of bundling Internet in our rental offerings is no greater than bundling heat & lights - both a utilities, both could theoretically be misused by the Tenant.I would say that there is much more liability in providing internet than electric.More tenants are likely to download movies than use a lamp to do something illegal.
