Clean all the surfaces that come in contact with the water sample.

But if the surface you plan to tile over is a beatup uneven mess, probably best to start fresh.

On the surface, REI doesn't seem to be a conservative investment.

If you knew the exact layout of your future building and you didn't want a basement it might be worth using the foundation as part of your parking surface but cars dripping oil on your future indoor space might cause issues with flooring adhesion later.The solar payment centers are great but you still need someone to patrol every few hours to make sure people are paying.

Be sure not to fall for a cosmetic, surface remodel (paint, new floors, fixtures, etc)....And, of course, verify what was done and when (permits, contractor bills, inspection, etc).Best of luck!

On the surface it doesn't look like there are very many investment opportunities out there that jump out at me that make sense.  

I've never had any issues with tenants being concerned about wall surface material as long as it's painted and looks nice.  

There aren't many properties out there like this, but I believe if your patient enough things will surface.

And it is great that you have a spray because they are great for painting uneven surfaces.
