Ok, so not a new member, but I recently moved from the east coast to Springfield, MO.

We are in the Springfield, MA area and would love some advice on getting started.

I've spoken with a few agents in MA and CT who agree that Springfield might not be the best area to start rehabbing properties from afar, however, towns like Hampden, Chicopee, and Southwick are ideal.Would any Mass investors or agents mind sharing your thoughts on these areas?

Some areas like Newark and Springfield in my opinion are even too far out to lump in with those but i think the major macroeconomics are strong for columbus.

@Martin S.2-3 family homes in Springfield MA will cashflow much better than anything out in eastern MA and the cost of entry is much lower BUT you won't see the appreciation you get on the other side of the state.

Good day all, I'm new to the Springfield MA area and located here due to the fact I wanted my volleyball / basketball performance wear company to be based in the birthplace area of the two sports I design for.

It is out in Springfield area but that is probably a little closer to you than the more Boston based stuff. 

I've had the pleasure of spending time at her horse ranch in Ocala and her home in Orlando.She appeared at our local REI Group here in Springfield last June and I attended her 1-day flipping course which was well worth my time.
