Always been skittish about not having control or say... hopefully there will be good news on the return front?  

Just to update everyone, since I know you have waited with bated breath for news, I have not received a NDA/NCC or even a PM. 

There aren't many renters in the area, and while we all know many great renters that would give you the shirt off their backs, there is a negative stereotype about renters that exists.While there is nothing they can do legally, I like my neighbors, want to have a good relationship with them (they have my number, and would likely text me if the renters are causing havoc, for both their benefit and mine).Have any of you experienced this, or have any tips on how to "break" the news?

The good news is that you get used to it over time and even quite adept at it.

Good news is realtor told us today that he projects we can get $295k for our current house.  

The good news is that there are many good ones out there...they just usually cost a little more, but at the same time they usually offer more services.  

This was devastating news at first because the appraisals were so low on other properties that the deal wouldn't have worked.

The good news is there will be a shortage of C class, but as an owner manager, cities are really pushing for rent control....I had a horrible time raising our rents 8% in Mpls....units were purchased $300 average under market rates.
