Hi allAs mentioned in another post, I want to get my taxes in order on a small multi-family property that I purchased 3 years ago but which I only started renting out last year.Discussed it w a CPA who's on BP and they kindly pointed out that using them for amending the 2 previous returns before filing the current year's return would be needlessly expensive. 

Glad I never saw it - needless to say there is more to it than what that article is describing.  

Needless to say that I don’t expect specifics about a specific company or person on this forum, as I know some guys here are hitting those numbers, but just an estimate. 

(Needless to say, I am more interested in the opinions of other property owners here, than of PMs :-) ). 

Thank you all.I had created a ticket and indicated that he will need to report all issues right away.He has gotten very comfortable to wait until the end and then text me or call me with an urgency instead of creating tickets.That ruins my weekends needlessly and does not allow me to plan.This might be my fault, in part, because I allowed it to  go on and people/tenants start to take advantage of "courtesy" as business as usual.If this behavior does not improve, I may not renew the lease.There are other good tenants out there who will be happy to have an upscale unit like mine.

Needless to say, excellent schools.

Needless to say, the real estate market is hot with properties sitting on the market for an average of 6-8 days and investments more so seeing 2-3 days before they're under contract.

That went straight to the dump, needless to say!

Repeat and repeat until you accumulate enough equity and cashflow you have the freedom you are looking for.The only way I can see you speeding up the process a little is by working for a contractor or a construction company as you'll need less money to complete projects. if you have the patience and the skills to do it yourself.
