I love this story and Im asking because I talk with a lot of millennials who just want to get rich tomorrow and no long term vision for investing.

@Charlie MacPherson good to see someone from Massachusetts contributing to my question I know exactly the 3 family for $619K you’re talking about on Erie Sreet and have asked many people from Dorchester who grew up there saying it’s one of the worst neighborhoods but I’m surprised millennials aren’t being pushed out of renting southie and Adams Street in dot and trying these other areas that are a bit more intimidating so they can still stay close to Boston

The arts district is one  of the newest additions to get downtown cleand up, and attract the  millennial crowd.  

I feel that Denver is continuing to move North and those areas are going to become more and more desirable as the millennials that flocked here from 2014 to 2018 start to grow their families and need a larger place to live. 

With continuing low interest rates, coastal migrants with more money, and Millennials -- a bigger generation than the Baby Boomers -- now coming into prime home-buying age, we are going to continue to see high demand.

Marriott has a chain of 7 new "feature" hotels in the world targeting Millennials providing social environments on the main level and tiny hotel rooms.

I'm not looking to get rich, but like most millennials I'm searching for that financial independence.
