Globeville Elyria-Swansea Development
My boyfriend and I are looking to invest in the area due to I-70, Denver coliseum and National western complex projects.
I’m curious people’s thoughts/predictions on commercial development. There’s quite a lot of industrial buildings and wondering if any of this has high potential to change come the next 2-3yrs? I’m banking on it, but looking for some reassurance ;)
We already know of the Wonderbound facility being built, which leads me to believe more will come?
Thanks!!!

@Taylor Marrison - I am with @Matt M. and @Steve K. on this one. I highly recommend avoiding the Elyrea/Swansea area due to all of the pollutants and crime in the area. Globeville is a bit more interesting because it seems to be in the path of progress as Denver continues to expand North.
Personally, I am investing in the northern Denver suburbs; Westminster, Arvada, Thornton, etc. I feel that Denver is continuing to move North and those areas are going to become more and more desirable as the millennials that flocked here from 2014 to 2018 start to grow their families and need a larger place to live.
If you do want to stay in Denver, I would recommend checking out the Cole, Whittier, Skyland, Clayton neighborhoods. They are just south of Elyrea/Swansia and are growing like crazy. I've got a property there and there are three developments going up within spitting distance of my place.
