I used to work for Enterprise Rent A Car and one of the screening criteria was that if you wanted to use a debit card you needed to be able to provide an up to date bill with no past due balances, the number of people that couldn't do this was pretty high.

I think if there’s an amount appearing as a negative on their credit bureau that eventually you might see some money.

It is my understanding that the big “enterprise” lenders have a moratorium on foreclosures and there is no new legislation affecting me or altering my rights to foreclose.
