I own an Interior Design/Decorating Company.

Its in the basement , not a big deal , I would have some fun and find some 1970's decorations and spread them around , be funny .  

We also post pictures of individual decor or items in the house, especially if they are eclectic, or quirky, or have a story behind them. 

Fireplace looks ok but the wall needs more decor to picture frame it. 

She does not understand all the concepts and enjoys decorating the house for the different seasons.The important part is she listens and is happy for my success.Sometimes both spouses are into real estate and other times it is just one or the other.

I don't like to maintain homes, repair, decorate or be tied to own place.I just want to purchase 1 property to start. 

Floor and Decor is a good place for flooring. 

It is further agreed that in the event said Tenant, prior to the expiration of this Agreement, or any renewal thereof, vacate, abandon, or surrender the premises at any time during the tenancy then the Landlord will have the right to enter the premises by use of key or by force, if necessary, for the purpose of decorating or repairing said premises so that it may be put in habitable and proper condition for occupancy by a prospective or another Tenant, without being liable to prosecution therefore or damages by reason hereof and without relieving the Tenant of any obligations to pay the rent for said premises.This would be great, but he has a dog and I'm risking one of my team getting bit.
