@Graham Houston I have two duplexes I’m willing to sell in a great area of East Ridge.

(Lakewood, Wheat Ridge, Arvada, Westminster).

My wife are in the process of closing a single family STR (first one is in FT Lauderdale) in Blue Ridge, Georgia.

Other areas to possibly look into are Wheat ridge (owner occupied allowed, and non owner occupied is on a waitlist), unincorporated Adams county (denver zip codes but Adam's county), and Mountain view, which is unincorporated Jefferson county but Denver Zip code. 3) Any other comments or feedback that you think might be useful.Personally, I love where you can continue STRs after you move out, as then you can double dip in the MTR and STR market.

Used to live right next to it in Fawn Ridge and went to the Westchase coffee shop all the time.Bought my Fawn Ridge house for 185k. 

Why trash it for shakers that need constant cleaning of those hard to clean square ridges and butcher block that’s looks nice until the first time someone spills grape juice or considers it a cutting board?

In this type of area, you can't just say "Pleasant Ridge is a B, Kennedy Heights is a B-/C+, and Golf Manor is a C/C-".  

Well if you mean Carrollton Ridge then I would also steer clear of both, I consider them to be D class neighborhoods.
