You do get a small boost on most booking platforms right when you list, but overall it takes time to gain traction and perfect your pricing strategy.

I've also noticed that large groups/properties book well into the future more often than smaller properties.

I've read Michael Blank's book: Financial Freedom with Real Estate Investing and have started to do some research on markets I want to invest in.
