Doesn't seem like a popular question in here but I'm thinking as an investor you either have to be dealing with other investors or experienced buyers from time to time no?

I actually never looked at this as an unethical thing to do being that it was included in a very well-known and respectable course that I purchased.A lot of the information hyped by some of the popular gurus is nonsense.
