If you own up to the problem and commit to fix it, that gives me confidence that the bad review wont be reoccurring.

So I committed to doing at least one syndication with them with the minimum investment amount and see how it goes.

I know I get really excited when I run the numbers and I do " find " the right deals every so often so I know there will be more in the future I just want t start it today.

Operating in Philly can be a big problem if the laws and regulations are not followed to a T.

maybe some of us older guys remember when RE only appreciated a few points a year at best.... all you young bucks think these huge annual appreciation numbers are the norm - they are "not" if you cant get an annual return better than that of a t-bill or CD - run ....
