If you can afford to change the ceiling tiles, try looking at some that have a pattern, like the old tin ceilings, then paint them with a copper colored paint.

I have 2.2 acres, beds are slowly growing in size. a few boxwoods , Liriope  some azaleas, A few knock out roses for color and I get a lot of complements.steel edging and a couple of pallets of cypress mulch. 

Any color on this would be appreciated.

Cheap light colored laminate in living/dining rooms.  

For instance i use the same color paint in all the homes i renovate. if i use carpet i use one singular kind.

Whenever I deal with this, so long as the color works either way, I go with whatever the odd man out is.

I would use a color of flex seal, rather than clear.

Now there are some MLM's that are pure scams but to color them all that was is to fall for the same ignorance that all real estate investors are crooks, that is pure faulty thinking.
