These meters and others like it are in use across the country for this very purpose.

None of these reasons are sufficient to justify a failure of fiduciary responsibility. 

If you have no value to add in your response there is no need to reply.  

If the posters don’t have anything more than what they’ve indicated on BP, I’m afraid they are going to be very disappointed at the Feds response.

Once again, thank you for your response and the information you’ve shared; I truly appreciate it.

I am very perturbed by the authoritarian way the program is managed currently, it feels like landlords are being purposefully ignored because we are profiting from the relationship (lets face it, everyone is...it's called business.

So I may have misrepresented this a little, but that wasn't purposeful.
