Get with a recruiter.

I am with KW, but this is not recruiting this is just me stating what brokerage I am with. 

It's like corporate rentals, 30+ days, furnished, marketed to recruiters for traveling medical professionals, insurance relocation specialists, and government contracts.

How did you start off recruiting your contractors.

Here's what we have done so far:- Network with local recruiters in the area- Advertise the medium term occupancies with our vacation rental guests- Network with agents and brokers- Keep continuous ads up on sites like Corporate Housing By Owner, Craigslist, Zillow, etc.As far as a cleaner, we have been using our assistant to turn the units over.

a popular thing, I'm hearing and seeing in many recruitment databases is families are leveraging online schools to fast-track through HS?

My current job is a US Army Recruiter and I am currently going to school to earn my BS in Business Management, so in between busy days I'm on here reading forums and watching the webinars.

I once sent a Navy recruiting brochure to the home of the parents of one such drug dealer and explained that the guy can do 4 years in the navy or 24 in state pen.

If a broker is trying to recruit and they pitch floor time as a benefit, what I really hear is "I'm too cheap to hire an admin to answer the phone, so we need you to do it for free."
