I just finished the Psychology of Money which is great by Morgan Housel. 

I'm highly aware of how to craft deeply intricate & effective strategies leveraging psychology, consumer neuroscience, & other methods but I want to get a pulse on what the "template" is for the Real Estate sector in general whether that be B2C or B2B. 

Simply common sense, logic, and human psychology!
