I sent multiple emails to Zillow in the last 24 hours but without any response.

I email or text them once again to let them know in writing when I will be filing a forcible entry and detainer (eviction) action and let them know that time is short but they can still avoid the consequences of a damaging eviction filing.

I have been looking at local private lenders, too. 

My first deal came from the thousands of postcards that I mailed out to private note sellers in TX.

My email is my first name and last name with a period in between @oxfordhouse.org

Overleveraging by paying too much for the property mixed with mixing hard money with private money for a 100%+ LTV at the beginning of the deal.
