Here's some food for thought:Recommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location to invest in.If you apply Class A assumptions to a Class B or C purchase, your expectations won’t be met and it may be a financial disaster.So, when investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.

The agent will prepare a commitment with requirements for closing including a deed from the party the insurer believes is authorized to sign the deed and any supporting docs they need to be comfortable in issuing a title policy to you w/o an exception for your concerns.

It takes a lot more effort to make the inspection go through smoothly when who have situation like this in your hand. withing 48 hrs. written notice you should have been able to go inside property for Maintenance and Inspection. check your leasing agreement see if this was added to your lease.Its good that he's communicating with you, keep that channel open and work something out but be open and expect if this led to actual eviction. hope for the best but prepare for the worst. shervinrealtor.com
