What if you are trying to watch a movie with your kids who haven't seen you all day and now you have to step away and they're upset?

Because we are so spread out, we rely on that infrastructure to cater to our specific area because no one wants to drive 20-30 minutes to get to a movie theater or Costco or Walmart (we are spoiled here.

What happens if there is a porn shoot like they did in Paradise Valley or a large rowdy party and AirBNB delists the property, what about guests with drugs and police calls?

Usual ones are missed payments, transfer of ownership, bankruptcy filing, non payment of property taxes, lapse of hazard insurance, deterioration in property condition, and unauthorized use of property (such as using a single family home as a porn shop).

In an old movie, Willard commanded the Rats to attack people and things like a little Army--I doubt you are commanding any rats.Car outdoors, rats outdoors, seems like part of nature, like the rain and snow.Unless you are secretly commanding your own Rat Army like Willard in the movie.Maybe next time she should buy a more Rat Resistant car because something must draw them to her car--the neighbors cars are not being consumed by Rats.See if the interior is stacked high with old fast food leftovers.
