Plastic/electronic transfer is the preferred method of payment in today's society.Now my questions:What if we charge our tenants other fees?

Before you cut, grab a $2 plastic drain clearing tool from any big box store.

Most things are turning to "plastics" these days.

Keep it protected with some of the plastic wrap protectors until you're ready to show the home.

The host had their personal belongings in the closets, cabinets were stuffed with mismatched and chipped dishes and pots and pans, spice jars and inside cabinets were filthy, no tin foil, plastic wrap, washer/dryer soap.

Now I'm wondering if I should just do better upgrades to a couple of things now and aim for a better clientele (and higher rent) than I thought I might get for my first tenant.For instance, the bathroom had some old plastic tile on the walls. 

Or you have to plastic x area due to the dust and they can't access it.

Modern wire has plastic insulation, which doesn't go bad. 

More expensive to replace and harder to modify than modern plastic variety In my opinion these aren't necessarily the deal breakers, as many people successfully own older homes, my friend being one (late 1,800s).  

We let the dead grasses remain through Winter for a nice aesthetic and cut them down in the Spring after the first couple of new shoots pop up.No more Spring mulching, almost no weeding if plastic was put down, leaves blow right off in the Fall and a great curb appeal that many properties don't have around here.
