You already know the area.Yea the only thing thats giving me pause is knowing how the city is.

I don't believe BP vets the lenders.. or for that matter anyone else who pays to advertise.I have seen them take down pod casts like they took down Morris's podcast after hundreds of complaints.but for sure any company from CA needs a licnese to lend the fact that they don't have one prominitly displayed on their website or it cant be found were it should be found.. will give people pause.. 

Looking through ads doesn't really count unless you pause for more than a couple seconds to give it consideration.  

What you've mentioned is what gives me pause.

Property was held on pause mid-repair for approximately one year due to investor financing issues.

After a brief pause, I currently have two properties under contract and also looking to connect with folks in the area. 

However, all of that is on pause right now due to market volatility caused by the virus.  

I am part of US ARMY and just had a pause moment with college.

The only thing you mentioned that gives me pause is that the wholesaler took less than asking so quickly. 

I also think there is some language that makes me pause, as it could provide barriers and unintended consequences to investors.
