The about us does not list the year of founding or much other info about their history.It certainly is not Core Logic, Case Shiller, NeithborhoodScout, Zillow, Redfin, Property Hub, etc.This is not stating anything about the accuracy of their forecast except that I suspect they have no significant track record that would provide the capability to analyze their forecasts.
