Put a lot into marketing over the last month and I want to start tracking it for numerous reason before it gets out of control. 

Because of the numerous information here on BP, it can be daunting.

I have recently been interested in this subject and can attest to the fact that the rules and regs vary widely and are to say the least numerous.  

From reading numerous post, It seems like getting my license would be the smart thing.

Approved for a turn key multi family FHA loan, I start going through all the blog and forum posts and I'm like Doug the dog in the movie "Up".  

I have been around contractors my whole life, and have been on numerous job sites/rehabs, so I have developed a very keen sense of locating very professional contractors, and knowing which contractors to stay away from.

In contrast, we had someone break into the washers and dryers on numerous occasions, a drug dealer, a pot smoker, a gal who had boa constrictors, and more issues in a month than my 9 SFRs had in a YEAR.
