Need to have a C property interior painted.

Someone painted FU on our property (not a tenant) just wondering if maybe a "fake" security camera might be a good option or a sign saying the property is under surveillance?

I really need help here; I would like to paint everything, replace most of flooring (not the hardwood upstairs) to fake wood, and tidy up some of the ugly light fittings/fans.

The renovations you mentioned plus external painting were what we were thinking. 

If I have the painters paint the cabinets what type of primer and paint should they be using so I can make sure they last and can hold up to renters?

So I've redone three kitchens with stainless and granite, lots of new paint, carpet, and hardwood floors.  

I'm aiming to start with a simple paint and carpet rehab.
