You could start by reaching out to any local corporations that do assisted living in your area and see what they are looking for (location, space specs, etc). 

Theres a 4 unit "Inn"  located in cape Canaveral right now im looking at but I honestly dont know where to start.

When the houses were just acquired it usually took me two to four weeks to get a tenant in them though I had some that were rented prior to make-ready and renovations being done, that's happened a couple of times.
