Anyway the week i was closing on my property the neighbors placed burned up.

I had heard countless stories about how some burned out mom and pop ran their properties into the ground and then sold for a huge discount to another investor who made a huge profit. 

There's money in it for you, but don't be greedy and burn your bridges over 500 bucks, like Nick said.

I am still a newbie to the wholesale game and was wondering what the steps would be to wholesale a burned down house.

I'm guessing that's what people said in 2008 and then got burned.

You will only get burned, regardless of how sneaky or right you think you're being.

It's almost impossible to find rentals for the displaced, I know, my firefighter grandson had his house burn, and is looking for a place to rent for his wife and two kids, so he can get back to work.
