The market seems to be slowing down and the BP podcasts seem to imply a downturn in the market, but if you are house hacking and not trying to flip or anything does it really matter?

Hi Patti, to be clear, I was not implying that my acceptance criteria is in any way referring to source of income. 

Good luck getting that out of the way, and hopefully it is not going to end your career before it starts...Christopher:The OP is in Winnipeg, so the plug for the service provider directory will be of little use to him.Additionally acquiring a  small house (or apartment building with smaller units) with a poor layout does not imply rules were broken - these are often my favourite types of property if in the right area and the right price.    

@Drew Clements  I really don't know the new breed of trainer these days.. just google RE sales training I am sure there will be many... then check them out for bona fides..

On some level, it may be like having a personal trainer for fitness.
