How cool is it that we have the freedom to have our own opinions -- each based on our own experiences and/or education -- and that we can express those opinions in a public forum!  

Memphis has a diversified economy supported by major sectors such as logistics, transportation, healthcare, and education.

I just want to offer what estimating skills I have, since BP has helped educate me. 

We live in California and the income does not allow for many deductions (no deductions for kids, no education deductions, minimal interest on mortgage, etc.).

I tried to get some elementary education on flipping such projects.So far, my limited conversations, provided me the following information.1.

I figured, while I'm doing my own research/self paced education by reading books, I might as well take a course as well and get my RE license!
