I do agree that wholesalers should be licensed because many don't know what they're doing, but saying that wholesaling helps no one but the wholesaler is just not true.Respectfully disagree there is not a wholesaler on the planet that can be any more efficient than a good realtor ..

The grass isn’t greener out of state than that.

Point is, out of state, out of country, out of planet etc investing is no problem if you  have a local trusted team in place to run things.

So it's no exaggeration to say that this has to be the greatest mentorship on the planet.

Just go to greener pastures. 

Don't move just because you think that the investment grass may be greener on the other side of the fence; it's not, it's just a different shade of green.

This feels a lot like trying to convince someone the planets NOT flat.... 

One of the things I teach in my course is that new investors tend to fall in to the trap of "the grass is always greener".  99% of the time you can find something within 20 miles of where you are, even if where you are is a high priced area.
